Is it Regional Australia's time in the sun?

Driving through a country town can sometimes be a depressing experience. Vacant, boarded-up store fronts, closed down banks, pubs for sale and crumbling buildings.

Despite what many think, big things are happening in regional Australia. It was great to team up with our favourite Queenslander, Fleur Anderson from the Rural Business Collective to chat with Amanda Smith on Radio National's Life Matters program.

Business is booming in many regional towns and Pointer is so excited to be involved in helping to build these business's teams. In the past, businesses were often restricted to only hiring staff from their own geographical area, enter improved Internet connectivity and mobile service, and the whole of Australia is now available to hire.
