Role title: Bookkeeping Practice Manager – Administration

Role type: Part-Time (Thursdays and Fridays initially with possibility of Mondays also in the future)

Remuneration: $55k pro-rata (Includes Super)

Preferable start date: ASAP

Role outline:

We are on the hunt for a practice manager – admin hero to keep our award winning bookkeeping practice humming along. Virtual filing, maintaining the integrity of our automations, managing our practice management software, directing emails, answering calls and setting up new clients will be part of the day to day in this role. You will be working in tandem with our existing part-time Practice Manager who will provide on the job training in the role. 

Role must haves:

  1. Speed and accuracy when navigating software
  2. Customer service skills of the highest order
  3. Take ownership of the role and make it your own
  4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and their deadlines
  5. Please provide proof of existing computer specifications and internet speeds. 

Role desirables:

  1. Pharmacy experience not essential but will be advantageous
  2. Experience managing GSUITE programs, Microsoft Office, ReceiptBank, Slack, BOX and FUTRLI
  3. Previous admin experience
